Meeting with children, parents and goverments
In the framework of the Arabic network for child rights “Manara”, the Egyptian coalition in partnership with save the children international have implemented a meeting with children and parents in Alexandria Governorate on the 1st of September 2018. In which, the meeting was reside on defining children's rights as well as discussions have been conducted with children and their parents about the problems they face on the level of family and school and how parents deal with those problems.
On the 2nd of December 2018, another meeting was organized, joining together children with the governments and the executive members of the child protection committees in Alexandria Governorate as well as the children have presented the problems they are facing. In addition, the problems of children with disabilities were addressed and the necessity of integration in schools.
