SOUL for development association started the project of advocating children’s issues in orphanage care centers in Sana’a
Within the framework of the advocacy project for students of orphanage care centers in "Amanat Al-Asemah" Sana'a, SOUL for development organization have implemented a training funded by Manara regional network and Save the children international – Lebanon in partnership with Nabaa’ association. The training was resided on the principles and rights of the child which targeted 15 supervisors from orphanage care centers as well as the training was for four days, where children were present on the last day.
In a press statement, Professor Khawla Al-Areeqi – program trainer conversed that the aim of the project is to provide all participants of the project “students and supervisors in orphanage care centers in Sanaa” with many skills and knowledge as well as to develop their capacities on the rights of children and how to advocate for their issues.
